Where to begin
A location investigation can sometimes start with limited information. Even an old address, telephone number or workplace may be useful, although additional details help distinguish the correct person from others with similar names.
Useful information to provide
A full name and any former names, date of birth or approximate age, previous addresses, old telephone numbers or email addresses, employment history, last known suburb or state, names of relevant associates and any known social media profiles may all help. An approximate date of last contact is also useful.
What if your information is old?
It is common for clients to provide details that are many years old. People may have moved, changed their surname or changed employment. We assess historical connections and report any current details that can be supported. Where a locate cannot be conclusively established, we explain the available leads and their limitations.
